The staff were amazing, and I loved my room, especially since I was given an upgrade
The bathroom was also very comfortable, and I appreciated the convenient amenities for washing dishes
My suite was absolutely fantastic, with a clever layout that separated the public areas from the bedroom and bathroom beautifully
The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as I was able to easily visit immigration court and meet with lawyers who are based nearby

The location is great, and the staff are friendly. The terrace needs better upkeep.
Parking at Vola was very convenient, and the American breakfast was basic but reasonable. The hotel itself feels relatively old and basic, and the AC units outside the building are extremely loud.
“ok en ruim”
The room was basic, but the sofa bed had a very bad mattress.
I was really impressed by Ima Brown at the front desk—she was amazing and helped me a lot. The breakfast, however, was weak compared to other places I've stayed at; it was noticeably poor.
The property feels very secure, with access only granted via key card.
