The place is fantastic. The staff is very courteous. There’s a lunch menu with good options, but the main menu is a bit limited in dishes. Overall, the experience is very good, especially for a full break from a busy routine. A better massage therapist could be considered.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and the room wasn’t ready, so we couldn’t use the pools because there were no free loungers. In the rush to make money, they apparently don’t count the guests or the number of loungers. Some people had even set up on the grass. Throwing a ball there is pointless because there’s nowhere for it to land. We went to a village eatery to wait in the shade – I have two kids, they can’t stand in the car or in the sun without an umbrella. The check‑in was barely at 3 pm, and only after I called to confirm the room was ready. It turned out we had a choice of three rooms, and I seriously doubt they were all free an hour or two earlier… The shower head was high, so if you’re not 2 m tall you can’t wash your hair. We were in a studio – tiny windows, we stayed all night. The bathroom had no fan and smelled like a drain. I don’t recommend it. The food quality didn’t match the price – a nearby village restaurant offered tastier food at 30 % lower cost. NOT RECOMMENDED
