The Zenit Borrell hotel is situated in Barcelona's Eixample district, 15 minutes' walk from Passeig de Gràcia Boulevard. Modern, soundproofed rooms offer free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The hotel features the Marés restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine and an outdoor terrace, a bar, air-conditioned rooms, and a tour desk. It's 12 minutes from Plaza Catalunya by metro and close to Hospital Clinic Metro Station.

I liked the hotel’s location, but the room was super small, the balcony had a bad smell, the breakfast was quite mediocre, and the reception staff were pretty bad; overall, I didn’t enjoy the experience much and wouldn’t return.

Everything was spotless, but the room didn’t always have free coffee on hand.

A comfortable, modern, elegant room with nice balcony, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet at night when closed windows with good HVAC system. Not very central to main sites, but easy enough to walk or take taxi. I made an error when booking - meant to book refundable room but clicked wrong button and got non-refuindable. Made the resevation 6 months in advance. When plans changed, asked if they would refund or change and they refused. Not very accommodating in this regard
