צוות שירותי מאוד, מיקום מעולה קרוב לאגם. כשהגעתי המצעים היו מלוכלכים וה WiFi לא עבד. אמנם הגיעו לסדר את זה מיד אבל אח״כ גיליתי שאין שום בידוד ואני שומעת כל דבר שעושים בחדר לידי ובמסדרון

“Nice hotel in the city centre”

Nice hotel in the city center. I would have liked breakfast and that little extra personal touch

Location is perfect, close to everything in town. But if you want to see the rice fields that SaPa is known for, this is not the place. Staff is super professional, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small, which was disappointing especially after seeing nice pics on the web and finding out the room is tiny.

I had a wonderful stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough. The manager was fantastic — a genuinely great attitude and excellent communication throughout my visit. Any question I had was answered quickly and kindly, which made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. The room was lovely, but the real standout was the bed. It was incredibly comfortable and cozy — I slept better than I have in ages and honestly didn’t want to get up in the morning. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d tell anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run place to stay to book here without hesitation

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff are friendly. I felt very comfortable staying here!
