The facilities and service were comprehensive and clean, making it comfortable. The front desk couldn’t handle the web‑site booking in time, so check‑in wasn’t smooth. Because it’s by the tracks, the train noise was still noticeable.

No dinner is fine, just lower the price.

The amenities were plenty. It would be better if the room interior were a bit brighter and cleaner.

The rooms are huge and fully equipped; staying for two nights, we had breakfast and dinner delivered straight to our room. For New Year’s celebrations, that’s pure luxury—no need to step outside. We could order almost anything on the TV: food, robes, drinks, everything.

I appreciated being able to schedule breakfast and dinner in the room, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The only downside was that the windows were small, giving the room a slightly cramped feel.
