The location is great, check‑in is at the Tiger laundromat and the accommodation sits above it, the women at the laundromat are sweet, the room was comfortable, spacious with plenty of storage, the air‑con worked well, and the bed was super comfy, but the Wi‑Fi was unreliable—on the top floor it kept dropping and I had to step outside to reconnect.

Everything we needed was there and it was very clean, but we stayed in two rooms: the first was quiet, while the second, closer to the road, let in street and traffic noise.

Everything was fine except the noise, which I guess is the same across Patong, and the location is a bit out of the way.

The accommodation was nice and offered good value, though it was a bit noisy, as is common in Patong. The bed was somewhat firm but acceptable; it’s not a 4‑star hotel for €200‑400 a night. The biggest annoyance was the poor crowd at the station, especially the young people from French neighbourhoods, but that’s unrelated to the hotel, which is overall very good for the price.
