The room was spacious, the bathroom large, and the outdoor area sunny and green with tasty breakfast and nice staff. However, the electricity cut out twice at night, making it hot and preventing us from charging many devices when we needed to. We were working, and the TV didn’t work; a replacement was installed but also malfunctioned, which was odd. Occasionally the shower barely had warm water. There were repeated errors with the requested invoice details. Slippers were missing from the room. The swimming pool looked pretty but served no real purpose. More wardrobes or shelves would help; I understand that in Bali furniture is often minimal, so it felt a bit empty.
