Located in the historic 16th-century coaching inn of Royston, the Old Bull Inn offers individually designed rooms with en suite facilities, hairdryers, and tea and coffee facilities. The inn features large windows, exposed beams, and a restaurant serving traditional British cuisine. It's 12 miles from Cambridge and 8 miles from Duxford's Aviation and Imperial War Museum, with a railway station nearby.

The place felt like home, the food was excellent with generous portions, and it was very good value for money.

I had a very comfortable stay at a pub that had a lot of character; the room could use a refresh but everything worked and was spotless. Breakfast was included, and when I asked for it a bit earlier it was no problem. The staff were very accommodating and I’d happily return.

The staff were friendly, but the rooms were very old-fashioned and in need of an update, a fresh coat of paint, and a welcome sign that actually said “welcome” instead of “I’m old and tired.”

I liked the clean bedding and the evening and breakfast were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the old building could use some updating and new décor.
