The afternoon cookies were a nice perk, but breakfast was crowded and the sausages never got hot during our stay. The butter patties were frozen solid; even after I tried to toast them on the second day, they remained hard. The sink sprayed water onto the counter, yet I chose not to complain because it seemed recently repaired and I didn’t want the hassle of moving rooms. USB ports were weak—my phone charged in 6 hours, while my own charger finished in 2. Opening the balcony door was a struggle, and the balcony itself was barely large enough to stand on, not to place a chair, and the view was just the back parking lot. We had a jacuzzi‑tub room that looked clean at first, but after use a layer of black grit—likely rust—fell to the bottom of the tub.
