The location is ideal, rooms have lake views, the house is very quiet, parking is inside, and the staff give excellent advice at check‑in and during the stay. Breakfast is very good with an open kitchen (egg specials), a great selection of bread, fruit, pastries, cold cuts, sides, etc. Half‑board is tasty, with some unexpected options (Tafelspitz without horseradish). The service staff are very courteous and quick, wine recommendations are expert, the restaurant area is remarkably quiet, afternoon coffee is delicious, and evening starters are tasty. The variety of sides could be larger, the evening menu repeats after more than seven days, it’s tasty but could offer other options, and the price‑performance ratio could be a bit more attractive.

The location is unbeatable, the staff throughout the house are very friendly, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The bathroom could be a bit more modern with a walk‑in shower, and the room has a carpet.
