The location of the property is good. However, 1. There are no four‑wheel parking spaces, so you must park on the roadside. 2. The bathroom is dirty, with stains on the walls, doors, and tiles. 3. There are many mosquitoes in the room and no mosquito nets or repellent. 4. The property does not justify the price of the deluxe rooms; the upgrade from a budget row house to a deluxe homestay feels incomplete.

It’s in a good spot, so we can get everything we need nearby. The staff are very good and kind. It’s worth the cost, and the restroom is good. The only downside is that there is no car parking; otherwise everything is fine.
