The location was peaceful. The room had a Spartan design, old worn parquet, a bed cover in the wardrobe instead of on the bed, and it was dirty with a large dark stain and another big spot. One bedside table had no lamp; the other had a lamp that didn't work. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain and a bidet. The bed is never made up, and the bathroom isn’t cleaned either—you have to fend for yourself. I’ve never experienced such a lack of service.

The breakfast was excellent, with homemade cakes and jams, and the location was very convenient because you can enjoy the countryside’s quietness just a few steps from Civitella’s center. Nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was good, not a huge variety but high quality, and the staff were kind and available. The shower in the bathroom was a bit cramped and the water wasn’t always hot. I would have liked to dine at the property.

The owner was very kind, the spot was surrounded by nature, breakfast featured home‑grown chicken eggs and other local goodies, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
