“Fantastic”
The owner is super nice and helpful—easy to contact and access the apartment. The rooms are clean and tidy—very basic, enough for a 2‑3 day stay for a good price. I was staying in room number 4 (with the balcony—something I needed). The towels and bedding are super clean. The location is excellent—2 minutes from the Fabrika stop and 5 minutes from the main attractions. Very close to restaurants (there are restaurants around every corner). There could be an extra chair on the balcony, and an electric kettle to make coffee or tea.
The place was spotless and cozy, all the essentials were within walking distance, and the host, a very courteous local woman, made the stay memorable; I would highly recommend it.

The quiet spot is near Fabrika bus station and a bunch of cafés and restaurants; the rooms and bathrooms are wonderfully spacious for Mykonos standards, and Mrs Irini, our host, was delightful.
