The service was excellent, and the view and proximity to the beach were highlights. But over two consecutive nights there were loud parties with music at a volume completely inappropriate for the time and for a lodging experience. The sound was so intense that the chalet door glass shook, preventing any rest. The chalet itself was in poor condition: a strong, unpleasant mold smell and visible mold on the ceiling made the space unacceptable for a place that should prioritize comfort and maintenance. To make matters worse, the intercom didn’t work, making it hard to contact reception for complaints or assistance. Cleaning was also lacking. All of these issues occurred simultaneously.

The lack of Wi‑Fi access in the chalets was disappointing, but otherwise it was a marvel!
