“Great place to stay in Florence: great location, comfortable bed and updated bathroom”
The room offered plenty of space, the TV was nice and big, the bathroom fixtures were first rate, the coffee and tea service was good, but the entry at nighttime was very dark and intimidating: it would have been useful to describe the building, elevator, lighting, etc. in advance

The recent renovation made the bedding super comfy and the room spotless. The location is fantastic, right in the historic center. The staff were super friendly, professional, and helpful. Check‑in and check‑out were well organized and smooth.

The property was clean and in a great location to explore Florence. The bed was very comfortable and big, and there was a working elevator which was great with our luggage. You could hear the cleaner come every morning and you could hear other people talking etc. If you are a light sleeper this will wake you. We also noticed that the hottest setting in the shower was really just luke warm

The spot is spot-on, and I couldn’t find any faults with it. The room was roomy, nicely presented, and comfy. The instructions for late‑night entry were crystal clear and straightforward. On the downside, the place didn’t feel very relaxing during our four‑night stay. The cleaning crew woke us up in the mornings, and the noise was especially loud on Saturday and Sunday. With only about five rooms clustered together, there’s a lot of clatter: people coming and going, conversations, showers, and general buzz even in the middle of the night. That led to many broken sleeps. The pillows were hard and not very comfortable. Also, the building can get very dark in some spots, so we had to use our phone’s light to navigate.
