Ranch Simeto

The location is a bit out of town. From the parking lot you can see Etno. The bedroom is separated from the bathroom. The house has a shared kitchen, which can be pleasant, but I don’t imagine we would cook and eat in the same space. The bathroom pipes are very small. Ten years ago this was a great stay, now it shows the passage of time. The house is very poorly sound‑insulated. The pillows are too high and the beds are uncomfortable.

It’s not the first time I’ve stayed here and I’ve always had a very good experience. The only thing that slightly bothers me is not having exclusive use of the bathroom, although that was clearly stated as a shared bathroom during booking.

“Magnifique paysage et maison spacieuse”

We liked the location, at the foot of Etna (and 45 minutes from the start of excursions). Beautiful scenery all around the house. Splendid! The host is very kind and friendly. Arrival and departure were easy. We had a private bedroom and bathroom and the common areas (living rooms, kitchen, outdoors) are very spacious, we didn’t bump into each other. The internet connection in the room disconnected very regularly. The double bed mattress was not comfortable.

“Kann man empfehlen.”

The house was great among the fig cacti, the covered terrace was superb, and the interior atmosphere was nice; the rooms were suitably furnished. The kitchen could have been cleaner, and I only saw one woman at check‑in.
