The mountain spot is killer – evenings and early mornings feel alive, the dinner was solid, and that Snow League event was a highlight. But the place itself looks old‑fashioned, the staff seemed a bit burnt out toward the end of the season, and the breakfast didn’t match the price.

Had an awesome time – totally cool experience and definitely coming back. The only hiccup was the lack of power outlets in the room; bring a power strip next time.

The altitude is unbeatable, and the staff – especially Sammy at the bar – were fantastic. The food was top‑tier for the price, so I’d highly recommend if you want to hit the slopes early. The hostel’s bar area isn’t the warmest, so grab a fleece or hat, and be prepared to pay a bit extra for wine.
