The hotel is stunning with luxurious gardens right in Nairobi’s business district; the staff were friendly and helpful, every service ran smoothly, and we felt welcomed and safe. The rooms were beautifully decorated and came with all the amenities we could need, and the bed was very comfortable. However, at the poolside restaurant, which was supposed to specialize in grilled meats, neither of us received the correct level of cooking for the meat, and the other dish arrived with completely different sides than those listed on the menu. For the premium price, this should have been better. The room was a bit noisy in the evening, presumably due to a large conference or event held on the premises.
