“Molto più adatto per gli adulti che per i bambini ma nel complesso una bellissima vacanza”

The hotel is very cute, in a great spot, with a nice pool and wellness area (I had a massage with a truly excellent lady), good dining service with a nice variety of adult options, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. What disappointed me was the lack of attention to children, since one of the reasons I chose it was the “family hotel” label. The kids’ area is under‑equipped, no activities are offered (like evening baby dance or workshops), and it sometimes closed half an hour before the scheduled time, meaning no one was there to leave the kids with. The very kind girl got along instantly with my son, but for two nights I found her just watching TV. There are organized excursions, but they’re not suitable for kids, and the kids’ menu should be improved because, aside from the daily dishes (one first course, one second course), the other options are all unhealthy (sausages, cooked ham, chicken croquettes, and only French fries as a side). My son still had fun and was fine, but I just wanted to point out what could be better, maybe because I’m used to other family hotels that offer these services.

Everything is great—the location is excellent, right in the center. The staff are incredibly kind. The breakfast is delicious, and the dinner is also very good. The kids’ menu could use a little improvement by using fresher, more natural products.

The property is in an excellent spot, right in the center. The staff are attentive, friendly, and well‑kept. The room is immaculate, clean, and the services are well‑cared for. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, the buffet is well‑served and always stocked, the dishes are well‑prepared and served nicely. A great stay.

“In centro con comfort!”

The hotel is in the center, just a step from the heart of Moena. The room is modest in size, the bed is comfortable, and the rooms are clean. The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the lounge. Breakfast and dinner are good, the buffet is fairly rich. The spa is a plus, well‑organized, and the small outdoor pool is very appealing. I recommend the massage treatment! I would suggest including the headphones in the wellness package instead of selling them separately.
