A quiet hotel with a fantastic view from the window and very polite staff! The check‑in and check‑out times are inconvenient, and in my opinion, the price is a bit high for what it offers. The bedding and towels are clean.

The biggest highlight was the staff—Abhishek, Pooja, and Amit were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and valued. The food was tasty, and the terrace lounge area is beautifully decorated, has a lovely ambiance, and is a great place to relax in the evening. Overall, great staff, delicious food, and a beautiful terrace lounge, but the hotel should definitely upgrade the room interiors and mattresses. The room furniture needs upgrading and the mattress was very uncomfortable.
