“Buena opción”
The hotel is clean, the bathroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It’s a good choice if you’re driving; parking is easy in the area, otherwise the parking costs 8€ per night. The metro entrance is 10 minutes away and takes you to Gran Via or Callao in 15–20 minutes; the neighborhood has cafés and supermarkets nearby.
The staff were friendly, but the room lacked a wardrobe, only a small coat rack with a few hangers, no bedside table, fridge, water bottle, or kettle—nothing at all, honestly below standard. It’s a shame.
The breakfast was very tasty, but the price is a bit high for light eaters. It would be ideal if there were a small fridge in the room.

The new building, welcoming staff, quick check‑in, and excellent cleanliness made it a perfect base between a flight and a train, being right in the middle. If you arrive late you can find either the hotel bar or nearby burger chains. They upgraded my room, and the family suite is truly comfortable and spacious.
