The reception was friendly, we received a room upgrade because my travel companion is tall :) The hotel is clean and looks nice.

The photographer gets kudos, but the photo doesn’t show that the pool is in the front yard (there’s no back garden) near the entrance on a busy road. It says you can order drinks, yet no staff is around and the vending machine is broken. Breakfast is very sparse, though the location is still within walking distance of the historic center. The restaurant is closed and no drinks are available at the bar because there’s no staff.
The property is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool and garden are relaxing. The breakfast, however, offers very little.
