I was hit with a hidden incidentals fee when I checked in, and they promised the money would be refunded to my account after 10 days—yet it never came back.

The room, service, and breakfast were all great, but the price and the location left something to be desired.

I liked that it was right off the highway, but turning a free breakfast into a 20$ meal is absurd, and you have to pay for coffee too—hahaha, what a joke! Also, don’t put gas across the street; my car started shaking once we got to Florida pan handle.

The location was great, and there were no negatives.

They should not advertise free breakfast if it’s not free, and I wish they would return to the free breakfast buffet.
