The place was great and it seemed well cared for; the pool and food were amazing, and we really enjoyed it. The Wi‑Fi didn’t reach our room fully, so we struggled with it throughout our stay, and neither the TV nor our devices could connect successfully.

It was too expensive.

The room feels very old for what you pay and calling it a "Hotel" is misleading; the shower head was broken and the bed was unstable, making a lot of noise every time it shifted because the floor planks were loose. It’s not worth the money. The staff didn’t help with luggage or show us to the room, so we got lost and had to call for help. The restaurant hostesses were terrible—when I ordered a glass of water, I ended up drinking it in my room because it never arrived.

Everything was fine overall. There was mold in the bathroom of the hotel room.
