The staff treated us really well, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the price felt a bit high for what was offered. All in all, a courteous experience but not the best value.

The room itself was fine – clean and functional – but the service left a lot to be desired. Staff seemed indifferent when I needed assistance, which was disappointing.

The room was in terrible shape: broken shower head, a busted bed, a faulty bathroom, and even cockroaches crawling around. It’s definitely not a place you’d bring family or friends. Nothing about it was enjoyable.

The stay wasn’t bad overall, but I had to deal with a lot of paperwork at the front desk. More administrative help would have made things smoother. It was okay, just a bit cumbersome.
