We had an incredibly pleasant stay here! The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The location is perfect: very quiet yet within walking distance of the lively center of Fira.

The spot was gorgeous, right on the hill with the best city view—especially stunning at night when the lights turn on. We loved the fireplace on the terrace; it made the September evening unforgettable, and breakfast was excellent. The gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly, but the lady at check‑out was far less so. She arrived a few minutes early with her phone, loud and nervous, and was speaking rudely to a new client on the phone. She immediately told us she was in a hurry. The man who had helped us was ready to drop our bags at the nearby parking lot, but she insisted on complicating things and wanted us to go the other way (about 200 m). She acted like the owner or head manager. Our excitement about the room turned into an unpleasant feeling at departure, as much nerves as she created unnecessarily. We were ready to leave the room exactly at the scheduled time, and we were in the car at 11:05. The man was kind and, despite everything, delivered our bags to the car in 3 minutes. I suggest that the host or a calmer person handle guest interactions, someone with more empathy.

Everything was perfect, far beyond my expectations. The apartment is huge, super luxurious and brand new. The views are truly breathtaking. We spent the entire stay in the jacuzzi. They even left a bottle of champagne and a water bottle, coffee… Breakfast is very varied and good. The staff were close and flawless. Don’t hesitate to stay here; you’ll never forget it! The only thing that might bother someone is the crowds on the entrance street taking photos, since it’s right next to a blue dome, but we found it very entertaining to watch and talk to them.

We had a wonderful romantic stay. The room was ideally placed, with a magnificent view, very pleasant, a great little pool, a hearty breakfast, and staff who were attentive, available, responsive, and very kind. Thanks to our driver Daniel for the detour before the airport 🙏 The stay was too short.
