“Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Nice breakfast”
The hotel sits very close to the main train station and shopping, but the window offers no view and the pillow feels very hard.
“Not enough to be a 3 star hotel.”
It’s near the regional train and tram station, but the breakfast is bland, the receptionist isn’t very helpful with location questions, and there’s no coffee machine in the room.
“Friendly staff and great location”
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and well furnished, yet the room was very small and cramped, and the air conditioning took a long time to cool the space.
I had a fantastic time here; the staff were friendly, kind, helpful, and professional, welcoming me right away and always ready with a smile, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable—I’ll definitely return.
“Laa estrellas están devaluadas”
The service is only slightly better, yet the price‑to‑quality ratio is poor and three stars feel like one.
