The service was good! The hotel staff are very nice! The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel’s location is good. The doors are leaky, so you can hear people from the hallway or other rooms. At night, depending on guests, it’s hard to fall asleep; it can get pretty loud. The pillows were hard for my taste.

The spot is spot on, just a hop from the metro and a 35‑minute drive to Istanbul airport, so we arranged the pickup service for both directions. The breakfast left a bit to be desired, but the drinks were complimentary, which was a nice touch.

Breakfast was excellent, not included in my reservation but offered at a bargain price. The hotel felt like a friendly, family‑run place, very convenient, offering exceptional value for money with wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

位置與服務. 明明是禁煙房，煙味卻很重
