Rooms feature free WiFi, a balcony or terrace with panoramic views, satellite TV, and a private bathroom. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet, regional restaurant, spa area with sauna and steam room, and on-site parking, located on the Wine Route, 15 minutes from Neustadt an der Weinstraße.

The hotel’s location was quiet, outside the town, surrounded by fruit orchards and vineyards on the slope of the Pfälzer Wald with a wide view of the plain from the balcony or terrace – truly fantastic. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered a selection that left no desire unfulfilled. The facilities included a pool, spa and fitness room, a sun terrace, and the hotel restaurant was exceptionally good. Not every room had air conditioning – guaranteed warm nights in the current summer (35°C and more).

The staff were friendly, the facilities were good, and the location was perfect – everything was flawless.

The location was exceptional with an unobstructed view over the countryside. It was very quiet, outside the town on the mountain. The food selection was plentiful and very good; everyone finds something to their taste. The only annoyance for us was the nighttime lighting around the house, as we liked sleeping with the window/door open and the light entered the room. We discussed it with the hotel. It cannot be turned off because it serves the hotel’s security, so we have to close the curtains.

The location, cleanliness, food and drinks, quietness, spa and pool were all nice. During the heat, the unair‑conditioned room with early morning sun was a bit exhausting because the balcony door couldn’t stay open. It wouldn’t be a problem in cooler weather.
