The location is great, the room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast offered plenty of high‑quality options. The staff were friendly and it was relatively quiet at night. The view of ventilation shafts and the air‑conditioning unit was unappealing, and the room felt a bit too expensive.

The location is perfect, with the Rogier transport hub practically in front of the hotel door. The reception was friendly and sent us an email with tips for a great day in Brussels. In the evening they had time for a longer chat, something I’ve never experienced before. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was abundant and left no wishes unfulfilled. Everything was excellent.
