I had a bit of a struggle with the booking process - the platform didn't confirm my reservation until I paid a partial advance. When I arrived at 10:30 PM, the staff seemed unprepared, apologizing for a lack of updates. I also had concerns about the safety of paying through a link sent to me, as there wasn't an option to pay through the app.
