Overall it was fine, but I would have rated it higher if I hadn’t been charged 50k from my deposit for a nearly invisible stain that the front‑desk staff proudly showed on their phone—likely pre‑existing. The hotel is basic but worth the price; the sheets felt a bit grey when I entered, though I’m not a professional inspector. If the stain was indeed mine, a straightforward extra IDR50 up front or a regular sheet wash would have been more honest.
