The hotel staff were friendly, and they had a 100‑yen change machine and other machines that were really handy 😊

The breakfast buffet was large and well‑made, and the staff were helpful. The location was perfect, close to trains and buses. The room was supposed to be smoke‑free, but at night I noticed the blanket smelled of smoke and it was hard to sleep. The next night I got a new blanket, and it was clean and fresh.

I was grateful for the hotel's helpful services, such as storing my luggage before and after check-in, and allowing me to carry my luggage up to the second floor using the elevator. I was greatly helped and appreciate the staff's kindness.
