The place sits nicely in a pleasant part of the gothic quarter, near the marina, transport links, Honest Greens (which we visited four times), plenty of restaurants, and a supermarket right next door. We had to leave our bags outside and, after pressing the buzzer repeatedly, wait for another guest to let us in. The walls are thin, so you can hear other rooms, the TV, and street traffic. To make tea or coffee you must descend a flight of stairs. The shower is dirty and leaks all over the floor.
