Luca’s animation was special and engaging, the venue was well prepared, and the staff always tried to solve any issues. However, there weren’t enough seats for the sea or pool for all the guests, the food needed improvement—most dishes were undercooked except the chicken and the meat that were burned, the drinks were always warm, and the fridges were above 20ºC.

“Great stay”

The hotel was spotless and orderly, the pool and beach were well kept, and every staff member was helpful and polite. My room was cleaned to a high standard. Unfortunately, some other guests were rude and disrespectful toward the staff, which was disappointing. Also, the food was only warm when we arrived at the start of service.

The welcome was excellent, and the location is super convenient from the airport—just a 30‑minute drive. The food, however, could be better.

“Good resort”

The resort is generally good, with many pools and a clean private beach. The staff are very friendly, all equipment is good, and the food is acceptable. The cocktails are terrible, and you have to pay extra for some drinks (pina colada 3$) and some food (mango 3$). Wi‑Fi works only in the entrance hall, not in rooms. The snorkeling activity was poor; we spent a whole day on a boat for only 2 hours in the water because we were constantly waiting for the diving group. At the spa, the massage therapists tried to overcharge us: we requested 50 minutes of massage plus 40 minutes of body scrub, but we only received 30 minutes of massage.
