I wasn’t even allowed inside; they said they no longer cash the funds for people booking the property, meaning you get scammed because they don’t know who receives the money. They couldn’t help me at all, and I never got my money back.

I was scammed by this property. I made a booking, paid, and my stay was confirmed, but after driving 5 hours to Durban and arriving at 9 pm, I called to say I was at the gate. The Indian staff member told me I needed to book again and would send a WhatsApp link, but I had already paid and everything was confirmed on my side. He claimed they never received a payment and that someone was using their account; I was scammed and he hung up. Be careful, folks!
