The place was quiet and the single night’s stay was absolutely enough, but I have to criticize the staff: the receptionist greeted me with a head‑raise gesture and a “what are you doing here” vibe, then the check‑in dragged on because of a system error with the guest before us. The whole vibe was hectic, no smiles, no warmth. I get that dinner rush brings its own stresses, but we still got the apartment key with a short intro on where the room is. Breakfast was very basic, nobody said hello, nobody even checked if we were entitled to breakfast. It’s cheap, but the selection was tiny. I’m a bit disappointed because we’ve been following the restaurant for at least ten years, celebrated a promotion once, and used to think it was a bit higher level with a friendly atmosphere. It’s a shame that this factor deteriorated so much. Still, thanks and overall 8/10.

“Perfect”

The old buildings were nice, and everything else was fine.

The rooms and garden were cozy, but you could hear the other rooms a lot.

The surroundings were beautiful, the staff were very kind and helpful, but the bathroom was a bit noticeable and there was no hair dryer.
