There were three air conditioners in the house. A large fridge with a big freezer and an oven and a dishwasher. Good mattresses. A nice shower stream. A pleasant terrace. Stunning view and, of course, the pool for cool dips. The contact with Elise was very pleasant and top-rated. The location is a decent central point to Tuscan must-sees, half an hour from Volterra and San Gimignano. Pisa, Lucca, and Florence. Within 45 minutes to the sea and 5 quarters to La Specia for Cinque Terre. It was 99% top, but if you want a minor point, the kettle at the bottom has some limescale. That’s solved with a new kettle.

I stayed at a quiet spot with a stunning view, enjoyed the outdoor seating near the apartment, and the pool with loungers was fantastic; the location was perfect for exploring Tuscany—30 min to Pisa, 50 min to Florence, 30 min to Volterra, and 40 min to San Gimignano. We really liked it.

Quiet rural location but close to stunning villages. Lovely host and beautiful property. The hill when walking back from the restaurant!

The place felt very intimate and spotless, the owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and when we needed dental assistance they guided us to a dentist and gave us a gift of eggs; everything was great, especially the pool we used a lot, and the vibe was wonderful—highly recommend. At the bottom there's a nice spot for a good meal, and I’d gladly return.
