The staff were very friendly, always smiling and ready to help, and we even got free coffee at check‑in. Among all the hotels I've switched between, this one is the best; only issue was the hairdryer button was a bit hidden, but it didn’t matter much.

The staff were friendly and helpful and even upgraded my room unexpectedly; the room was tidy, had a good view, and the location was excellent.

I was thrilled by the location, especially the mall connection that gave me quick access to a supermarket, restaurants, and coffee shops—super convenient. The front desk staff were fantastic, greeting me warmly from arrival to departure. The only hiccup was that they didn’t have exact change ready for cash payments.

From the instant I stepped in, the hotel exuded a calm vibe; a staff member opened my car door and offered luggage help, and the lobby—clean, quiet, and lightly scented—made the wait for my room feel relaxing. The room surpassed the photos: spacious for two adults, with an extremely comfortable bed, a great bathroom, and flawless functionality. I especially enjoyed the lighting, the view from the twelfth floor, the air‑conditioning, and the surprisingly good soundproofing. The interior was tasteful yet understated, and the amenities were complete. The staff were genuinely excellent—Mr Imron, in particular, suggested local spots and arranged a late check‑out until 6 PM for my late flight, which was incredibly helpful. The location scores a 10/10: cafés, good food, convenience stores, and easy access to taxis/Grab are everywhere, making it a fantastic base for exploring Jakarta’s food, nightlife, and youth culture rather than just the usual tourist spots. The only gripe I have is the gym’s opening hours; I would love to see it open 24 hours, especially for guests who prefer exercising early or late. Other than that, I couldn’t find anything I disliked about the hotel.
