I liked the distance from the beach and the host’s approach, but I didn’t like the room’s placement. I didn’t inform the host that I’d be arriving with a visually impaired companion. We were given a room on the first floor that required a mountain of stairs and a narrow, slightly cluttered hallway (vacuum cleaner). There was no clear room number sign, and the nightstand next to the second bed was missing. The room was white, the bathroom door was white, the furniture was white, and again the issue for the visually impaired: the bathroom door was practically invisible. The room was clean but a bit bland. I think that’s a bit “tackling” the situation, so overall I rate Apolonia positively.
