The beds were decent, the water flowed warm and cold, the windows could be opened, and the room had a kettle and instant coffee. The check‑in was cumbersome: you had to scan a passport or ID, then an automated system sent you an access code. Nobody was on the premises, so we were probably the only guests. The access code worked for both the entrance and the room door, but the lock system was unreliable; when the door wouldn’t open despite correct entry, a “troubleshooting” phone number was provided. We tried several times and the door stayed stuck. The registration also let you order breakfast, yet the next morning no one was there and the service vanished entirely. The hotel seemed geared toward American tourists, speaking English at a basic level. The price‑performance ratio was poor at 135 €/night.

Like a typical German hotel, there was no air conditioning, which normally isn’t a problem but during a heatwave it became an issue.

Once inside the room was nice, It was clean and very spacious. I had a 2 night stay at this location. I was not able to get into the hotel at all for the first night. The code to get inside was never sent. I tried contacting the location multiple time and was not able to get in contact with anyone. I had to go to another hotel for the 1st night. I never received a call back or response to for not having access the 1st day/night. I feel as if I should be reimbursed for the 1st as I did pay and fill out everything I was supposed to but was not allowed access. For the 2nd day I received the code to enter on time and the room was great
