The shower flow was great and the air‑conditioning worked well. However, the bed was too short, leaving my feet hanging off the side, the tables were tiny and worn out, and the amenities were very limited.

“I’d try and find something else…”

The location was good and the staff were helpful in the morning, but the room was filthy, the toilet was disgusting, and the bed was covered in hair from previous guests; we even found a spider in the sheets. The floor was poorly treated and made a lot of noise—one could hear conversations from the next room.

Bien ubicado, limpio y agradable. El Check-in fue algo lento dado que no nos llegó el enlace para meter los datos por un problema informático y tuvimos que esperar un poco para entrar

“EVITA ESTE LUGAR ⚠️”

The location was fine, but I booked a Deluxe room and was given a dark, barred room next to the trash with stained curtains and a table (the least bad part). The room smelled of unbearable dampness throughout. They advertised amenities, yet there was no hand soap or shower soap; I asked several times and they ignored me, only providing soap on the last of my four days. I was repeatedly denied the complaint sheet I explicitly requested, and only after more than 20 calls and emails did they finally give me the soap. I would not recommend this place at all; there are many other options in Madrid. The service and facilities fall far below the minimum standards for the price of a higher category. You won’t see any staff because everything is digital, so you’ll always find people in the front office trying to reach you by phone because they can’t get the keys (among other issues).
