Only the atmosphere was good and hot water was available; everything else was not up to the mark. They didn’t give me the lake‑view room I booked because they were charging 50k for that room and I booked online for a lower amount, so they said we don’t have availability. The room ceiling conditions were very bad—broken in many parts, the bathroom door was broken and couldn’t be closed properly, and despite requesting them to fix it twice they didn’t do it. The food was not very delicious at dinner, but breakfast was good.
