Location is good. Hotel inside is old. Sockets not working. Needs painting. Staff is slow. Breakfast is meant to start at 7.30, when we arrived they will still waiting for food to come. Had to wait half hour for that

Location. 1. Service. 2. Focused on collecting advance payment instead of service first. 3. Poor breakfast options and delivery time. 4. What they say, do not deliver

Even though the first room had issues like a broken door handle and non working TV, a new room was provided promptly. Polite and helpful staff. Value for money and located right in the middle of the city. Worth it. The property messaged for pre payment by bank transfer even though terms don't mention anything like that and my card is on file. Even while checking in payment was requested. This is something I've never experienced before and was the only thing that stopped it from being a perfect experience
