Housekeeping, reception at the spa. The service staff at breakfast are awful, the reception staff are arrogant and uncooperative, the fitness trainer is aimless and lacking concept.

Location, good breakfast, evening buffet. At check‑in there was little information.

We celebrated my 50th birthday at this fantastic place last week, and it was a complete experience unlike the Arosa in Travemünde. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always in touch with guests. Bayram at dinner provided great table service, and Patric surprised me with a lovely breakfast service that included champagne on the table for my birthday. We felt very comfortable and the attention was truly outstanding. Dietmar from the bike rental was also helpful, reserved the bikes we wanted, and was ready for a pleasant chat whenever we needed. Overall, the house is well run, the staff are always approachable with a smile, and the reception for breakfast and dinner is warm and attentive. We’ll definitely come back to celebrate more birthdays here. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m very grateful. André Krämer

The breakfast was amazing, the pool area is great for relaxing and the pianist in the bar is really cool. The view of the annex is directly into the gym.

The rooms, spa area, and overall hotel are very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location in List isn’t ideal if you also want to explore Sylt.
