The hotel staff were exceptionally good.
Overall, the hotel was solid: rooms were clean, roomy, and well kept, and the spot was spot-on with easy access to Rapido and major sights. The front‑desk team were helpful, responsive and accommodating, making the stay comfortable. The restaurant, however, fell short: the service was very disappointing, with rude, arrogant, and unhelpful staff even for simple requests, ruining an otherwise good experience. If you’re thinking of eating there, proceed with caution and look for other nearby options.
The cleanliness and facilities were lacking.
“It's very comfortable with All the things ❤️nice staff”
I skipped breakfast, but the place is close to JAL Mahal 👍🏿; everything else was fine.
Overall, it was good.
