The facilities were good, but Tana was the worst, showing no care at all. The day was saved by the chef and Carol when I almost checked out the next day; I’m 66 and the stairs to our room were too steep. I asked for a different room and Tana just brushed me off with “that’s what you paid for,” making it clear the place isn’t disability friendly.
