The staff were attentive, but the bathroom sink was jammed against the entrance door, making it hard to enter or leave when someone was inside.

The location is excellent and the rooms are spacious enough for a small family. However, the breakfast disappointed us; we had stayed at other hotels in the chain, and for a more exclusive property we expected better. The dishes coming from the kitchen were greasy, the fruit salad seemed to contain only one fruit, and there was no care in the preparations.

“Hotel maravilhoso”

The hotel’s facilities were fantastic, the room was wonderful, the pool was warm and delightful, and the reception team was very friendly. The only issue was that the breakfast menu was the same every day, which could get boring, and the van to the town centre only had six seats per time slot, so we risked missing a ride and could have used more seats.

“Das melhores que já fiquei, voltaria com certeza”

Everything looked great, was pleasant and cosy, and the pool area was wonderful with several hot tubs… all very good. The only drawback was the small toiletries compartment in the shower, which made it hard to fit all the products.
