The hotel on the south of Jeseníky has had the best season behind it – you can see it on the façade. Inside it’s nice, the room facilities are fine, the atmosphere pleasant and the cleanliness excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful – they even provided accommodation for a larger dog, although they normally only allow small breeds. The only oddity at the end was that the extra charge for two dogs over three nights was higher than the stay of a single person for those same three nights :-D

The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help at a moment’s notice. Their attitude made the whole stay feel welcoming and comfortable. Nothing else really stood out, but the good service alone was enough to make it a pleasant visit.

“V centre hôr”

The hotel sits right between Králický Sněžník, Rychlebky and under Hrubý Jeseník, offering a clear view of the mountain and the Štvanice lookout tower right from the window. The team was amazing – even though the place was fully booked, they managed to find us an extra night without moving us, just as a bus full of Polish guests arrived. We only booked two days, but we squeezed in a ridge hike and still had a roof over our heads.

The kids absolutely loved the accommodation – they spent hours on the football field, splashed in the pool and would have liked to try the billiards in the evenings. Breakfast was simple but fine, and the dinner we ordered turned out to be surprisingly tasty. Aside from a few minor quirks that didn’t affect the overall experience, we left happy.
