I’m currently staying at this hotel and I’m very satisfied with my experience. The reception is warm and the staff are genuinely friendly, smiling, and attentive. The hotel is clean, well‑maintained, and very well‑located. I highly recommend this establishment for its welcoming service and pleasant setting. Thanks to the whole team for their kindness and professionalism! Nothing to report, everything is great! 😊

Breakfast was decent. The bus is a 5‑minute walk to the tram, very easy. The night and morning staff were very friendly.

The room was dirty and the bed was filthy. Everything was awful!

The hotel is close to the airport, but I didn’t get the room I’d booked and the rooms smelled very strong of cigarette smoke.

Bien ubicado cerca del aeropuerto. Muy sucio, arañas, poca higiene
